Cindy Sanyu, the incumbent Uganda Musician Association (UMA) President was head to head with King Saha for the association’s top seat.
After taking the lead all day, the elections were canceled and postponed to a later date yet to be announced.
This was after King Saha’s camp claimed there were cases of vote rigging.
In response, Cindy has said King Saha was just afraid of losing.
“He was afraid of losing. That is why he even failed to turn up for the debates,” she said.
Cindy was bitter with King Saha’s camp for preaching chaos at National Theatre where voting took place.
