Rubirizi old man found red-handed defiling a 4 year juvenile
Residents of Kakari 1B in Kyabakara Sub-county, Katerera County in Rubirizi district were left in Shock after netting red-handed a 24 year old man defiling a 4 years juvenile.
It’s alleged that on Friday 1st April 2022 evening when the juvenile, a P.1 pupil at Kakari Primary School (names withheld) was coming from school when the suspect Ronald, a son to Asiimwe Elly intercepted and defiled her.
The locals allege that they caught Ronald red handedly defiling the kid but they never wanted to take laws in their hands and immediately handed him to Katerera Police station for further investigation. The has for long been working in Mbarara as a security guard before he returned to the Local council. The alleged defiled juvenile was rushed for medical attention.
By press time, Police had not commented on the matter.
