Local musician BigEye has said that he foresaw the cancellation of the Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) elections which were slated for Monday, 6th June 2022.
According to BigEye, the association was not ready due to many factors he shared with the organizing committee.
BigEye says there is a need for the EC and policy board to sit with all participants and discuss how to go about the elections.
Although many participants want to vote by secret ballot, the EC says the association has no money to do so.
