The Uganda Communications Commission says it cannot authenticate whether the Twitter account on which the message allegedly demeaned Deputy Speaker Anita Among belongs to Mityana Municipality MP, Francis Zaake.
The Head Legal and Compliance at UCC Abdu Waiswa told the Rules Committee of parliament that details about this account are held by the technology firm in the US and can only be obtained through a court order.
